Like Bake Off, But Vegan
In 2020, for series 11 of the Great British Bake Off, I decided to follow along with the shows challenges, ve-creating them and releasing the recipes as I went along.
I teamed up with the wonderful team at Vegan Food UK and we created a community of bakers who would also bake along each week using the Vecreation recipes. The bakers excelled themselves each week and a great time was had by all!
They did the vegan baking community very proud! We even got noticed by Paul Hollywood's team!

Run by one of my closest friends, Jay; Truly the best example of a vegan ambassador there is! She has donated a significant amount of time, money and products to various humanitarian and animal charities, (all through lockdown she volunteered at a food share project) she has bought many people to veganism through her compassionate and educational approach, not only that she has provided endless emotional support as a best friend and is supporting Vecreation and the 'Vegan Bake Off!' I’ve only touched on the surface of what Jay does and represents!
