I've studied the science behind baking for years, it's been my obsession for as long as I can remember! When I went vegan I was able to use this knowledge of how baking and ingredients work to manipulate techniques and ingredients to create the impossible in vegan baking!
So if you have any questions about baking or having problems, we can offer advice on cakes and bakes, cake decorating, baking & kitchen equipment, ingredients, savoury dishes, 'free from' baking! Anything kitchen, we're here to help!
